The Boccella sleeps up to 26 people in 9 bedrooms,
all furnished in the Tuscan style and many en-suite. There is a comfortable sitting room with an open fire,
a music room and a library.

The dining room seats up to 30. The ballroom on the first floor, with its balcony looking out to the hills, offers a splendid setting for larger meetings, concerts or social occasions and can accommodate up to 50 people.

Apart from the gardens close to the house, we have attractive grounds offering walks through olive groves.

The swimming pool, 14m. x 8m. has a children's area at one end and is safely fenced.

There is maid service for two hours daily five days a week. Other services can be arranged.
